From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Joe Hershberger Date: Tue, 19 May 2015 13:21:23 -0500 Subject: [U-Boot] [PATCH v5 7/9] moveconfig: Print a message for missing compiler In-Reply-To: <1432059685-3018-1-git-send-email-joe.hershberger@ni.com> References: <1431726052-6519-1-git-send-email-joe.hershberger@ni.com> <1432059685-3018-1-git-send-email-joe.hershberger@ni.com> Message-ID: <1432059685-3018-7-git-send-email-joe.hershberger@ni.com> List-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: u-boot@lists.denx.de A common case for failed builds is a missing compiler. Print a message for that case to tell the user concisely which compiler was expected that was not found. This patch also has the effect of not printing build errors any longer. The next patch will add a switch to optionally bring that back.
