Please include > all the radeon related output. Here is dmesg with 88, 93, 95 & 97 applied, it looks strange as non-zero DP= CD values are reported from beginning and they never change. Note that EFI firmware does 'train' this eDP panel properly, as native resolution is set = from early boot, EFIfb console keeps the same resolution.
