https://oss.oracle.com/sparcdocs/  is now live.

This will be the Oracle hosted location for SPARC/LDoms engineering 
specs and related documents for the developer community.  We've got the 
main virtual machine spec uploaded there now (the last official version, 
v2.0, and the most recent draft v3.0).   More specs are coming, we're 
sifting through what is useful and what is not, but we will err on the 
side of making more available, not less.
