I think have (described in RFC 2047) as same as
--[no]-q-encode-headers belows would be better.

I find this paragraph hard to understand.
I think:

	If this option is omited, set to value of of ...

is easier to understand (to me, at least).

In most of tests, we use this here doc inside the test instead of
global scope.

Only in this file and a minority others, this style is used.

I'm not sure which one is prefered,
maybe Junio can decide.
