The anonfolio -> contpte -> exefolio results are incremental. So:

anonfolio: baseline-4k + anonfolio changes
contpte: anonfolio + contpte changes
exefolio: contpte + exefolio changes

So yes, exefolio includes anonfolio. Sorry for the confusion.
