Well, thinking again, specifying

lsm="modules listed in /sys/kernel/security/lsm" + ",tomoyo"

makes sense, for there is no need to care about disabled modules when
enabling TOMOYO. Therefore,

-	pr_info("Security Framework initializing\n");

won't be needed.
