Wouldn't it make sense to reverse the order of the checks here?

Nit: why not simply:

	if (!xfs_verify_fsbno(mp, rmap->me_startblock))
		return false;
	if (!xfs_verify_fsbno(mp, rmap->me_startblock + rmap->me_len - 1))
		return false;

?
