Subject: [PATCH 6/9] block: xd: avoid some forward declarations
Date: Tue, 12 Feb 2013 23:40:57 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1360708860-23466-8-git-send-email-linus.walleij@linaro.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1360708860-23466-7-git-send-email-linus.walleij@linaro.org>

This moves the code around so that we can avoid a dozen
forward-declarations, then move the few remaining ones above the
table that use them. No semantic changes.
