[PATCH v4 28/29] Documentation: Move visorbus documentation from staging to Documentation/

This patch simple does a git mv of the
drivers/staging/unisys/Documentation directory to Documentation. Renames
overview.txt to visorbus.txt and renames sysfs-platform-visorchipset to
the correct name sysfs-bus-visorbus.
