Subject: [PATCH v2 7/9] x86/kvm/nVMX: introduce source data cache for kvm_init_shadow_ept_mmu()
Date: Tue, 25 Sep 2018 19:58:42 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20180925175844.20277-8-vkuznets@redhat.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20180925175844.20277-1-vkuznets@redhat.com>
MMU re-initialization is expensive, in particular,
update_permission_bitmask() and update_pkru_bitmask() are.
Cache the data used to setup shadow EPT MMU and avoid full re-init when
it is unchanged.
