Enable support for one of the micro SD slots on the MTP.

 - Fixed alphabetization of node placement in sdm845-mtp.dtsi (Doug)
 - Fixed card detect name to match schematics (Doug).
 - Moved comment about drive strength next to the drive-strength entry
