I'm OK with it formatted like this tbh. The YUV formats at the bottom
already mess up the formatting of the table as a whole.

If Joe feels strongly about having it split, I don't think that should
hurt grep-ability much for the common cases (grep for format name, or
grep for format parameters). So either way you can add:
