mtk_mmsys_ddp_mout_en() could write register inside it rather than
return value and write register in mtk_mmsys_ddp_connect(). So you
could do ovl_mout_en() in mtk_mmsys_ddp_mout_en().

Regards,
Chun-Kuang.
