Its filename is mm-arc-use-general-page-fault-accounting.patch This patch should soon appear at http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-arc-use-general-page-fault-accounting.patch and later at http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-arc-use-general-page-fault-accounting.patch Before you just go and hit "reply", please: a) Consider who else should be cc'ed b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's *** Remember to use Documentation/process/submit-checklist.rst when testing your code *** The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated there every 3-4 working days ------------------------------------------------------ From: Peter Xu Subject: mm/arc: use general page fault accounting Use the general page fault accounting by passing regs into handle_mm_fault(). It naturally solve the issue of multiple page fault accounting when page fault retry happened. Fix PERF_COUNT_SW_PAGE_FAULTS perf event manually for page fault retries, by moving it before taking mmap_sem.
