The patch titled
Subject: mm/compaction: remove duplicated VM_BUG_ON_PAGE !PageLocked
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
mm-compaction-remove-duplicated-vm_bug_on_page-pagelocked.patch
This patch should soon appear at
https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-compaction-remove-duplicated-vm_bug_on_page-pagelocked.patch
and later at
https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-compaction-remove-duplicated-vm_bug_on_page-pagelocked.patch

The VM_BUG_ON_PAGE(!PageLocked(page), page) is also done in PageMovable.
Remove this explicitly one.
