In the thread I said I pulled it but indeed I don't have that commit in my tree either, weird. I just tried to pull that git URL right now and I get nothing: git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kvalo/wireless-drivers.git tags/wireless-drivers-for-davem-2016-12-22 It looks like the rtlwifi fix is in his "pending" branch.
