More fixes for 5.4.  Nothing major.

The following changes since commit e16a7cbced7110866dcde84e504909ea85099bbd:

  drm/amdgpu: flag navi12 and 14 as experimental for 5.4 (2019-09-18 08:29:30 -0500)
