Hmm... there is a drm_bus_flags_from_videomode():
        if (vm->flags & DISPLAY_FLAGS_DE_HIGH)
                *bus_flags |= DRM_BUS_FLAG_DE_HIGH;


It looks like for DPI panel it would be set automatically. This
function is not execute in case of LVDS panel.
