The patch titled
     Subject: ocfs2: ocfs2_initialize_super does cleanup job before return error
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     ocfs2-ocfs2_initialize_super-does-cleanup-job-before-return-error.patch

This patch should soon appear at
