Hi Lukas!

Sorry for the delay, my team is still responsible for maintenance of these ethernet drivers: qla3xxx and qlcnic.

The changes are quite natural, we already did similar spdx fixes on our current family of qed* drivers.

So here is my ACK for changes of these drivers license files.
