Subject: [PATCH 4/6] xen-gntdev: Add reference counting to maps
Date: Fri, 14 Jan 2011 10:46:14 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1295019976-605-5-git-send-email-dgdegra@tycho.nsa.gov> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1295019976-605-1-git-send-email-dgdegra@tycho.nsa.gov>

This allows userspace to perform mmap() on the gntdev device and then
immediately close the filehandle or remove the mapping using the
remove ioctl, with the mapped area remaining valid until unmapped.
This also fixes an infinite loop when a gntdev device is closed
without first unmapping all areas.
