From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Stephen Warren Date: Thu, 18 Oct 2012 17:25:57 -0600 Subject: [U-Boot] [PATCH V2 3/5] ARM: tegra: derive CONFIG_SPL_MAX_SIZE instead of hard-coding it In-Reply-To: <1350602759-22605-1-git-send-email-swarren@wwwdotorg.org> References: <1350602759-22605-1-git-send-email-swarren@wwwdotorg.org> Message-ID: <1350602759-22605-3-git-send-email-swarren@wwwdotorg.org> List-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: u-boot@lists.denx.de From: Stephen Warren For Tegra, the SPL and main U-Boot are concatenated together to form a single memory image. Hence, the maximum SPL size is the different in TEXT_BASE for SPL and main U-Boot. Instead of manually calculating SPL_MAX_SIZE based on those two TEXT_BASE, which can lead to errors if one TEXT_BASE is changed without updating SPL_MAX_SIZE, simply perform the calculation automatically.
