Changes in v3:
- add Maintainer entry
- changed T-flash detect pin to GPX3[3]
- removed MMC_ASYNC
- swiched to new i2c framework, use hardware and soft i2c
- adapted s3c24x0 i2c driver to new i2c framework

Changes in v2:
- removed lcd callback in panel_info
- changed i2c from hardware to software
- use max77693 multifunction pmic
