Sorry, I don't see any necessity to repeat the same things. If you want to ask something, please, ask concrete question. Because, from my point of view, we had deep discussion earlier. And our discussion hasn't goal to elaborate theoretical principles of transaction approach. So, your current question is not concrete for me. If you want to suggest something, please, do it.
