Original report: https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/10/8/545
perform AIO-DIO and fcntl(F_SETFL) concurently
Unaligned AIO likely result in synchronization which makes racewindow wider.

changes from v2->v3
 - Copyright fixes according to Dave's comments
changes from v1->v2
 - Properly reuse aio context

If the group file is all in shape and first unused id is the lastid+1,
the script fails here, ./new btrfs could reproduce this

 # ./new btrfs
 .....
 Next test is 078
 Error: test 078 already exists!
