[PATCH v2 06/20] testpmd: replace tx_checksum command by csum

Replace the "tx_checksum" command by "csum". It has several
advantages:

- it's more coherent with the forward engine name
- it's shorter
- the next commit will introduce a command that is related to
  the csum forward engine, but about rx side.
