From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Sricharan R Subject: [PATCH V6 01/11] iommu/of: Refactor of_iommu_configure() for error handling Date: Sat, 21 Jan 2017 00:45:38 +0530 Message-ID: <1484939748-31591-2-git-send-email-sricharan@codeaurora.org> References: <1484939748-31591-1-git-send-email-sricharan@codeaurora.org> Return-path: Received: from smtp.codeaurora.org ([198.145.29.96]:44296 "EHLO smtp.codeaurora.org" rhost-flags-OK-OK-OK-OK) by vger.kernel.org with ESMTP id S1752101AbdATTQE (ORCPT ); Fri, 20 Jan 2017 14:16:04 -0500 In-Reply-To: <1484939748-31591-1-git-send-email-sricharan@codeaurora.org> Sender: linux-arm-msm-owner@vger.kernel.org List-Id: linux-arm-msm@vger.kernel.org To: robin.murphy@arm.com, will.deacon@arm.com, joro@8bytes.org, lorenzo.pieralisi@arm.com, iommu@lists.linux-foundation.org, linux-arm-kernel@lists.infradead.org, linux-arm-msm@vger.kernel.org, m.szyprowski@samsung.com Cc: sricharan@codeaurora.org From: Robin Murphy In preparation for some upcoming cleverness, rework the control flow in of_iommu_configure() to minimise duplication and improve the propogation of errors. It's also as good a time as any to switch over from the now-just-a-compatibility-wrapper of_iommu_get_ops() to using the generic IOMMU instance interface directly.
