This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

dccp/tcp: do not inherit mc_list from parent

to the 3.18-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     dccp-tcp-do-not-inherit-mc_list-from-parent.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.18 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <stable@vger.kernel.org> know about it.

Subject: dccp/tcp: do not inherit mc_list from parent

From: Eric Dumazet <edumazet@google.com>

[ Upstream commit 657831ffc38e30092a2d5f03d385d710eb88b09a ]

syzkaller found a way to trigger double frees from ip_mc_drop_socket()

It turns out that leave a copy of parent mc_list at accept() time,
which is very bad.

Very similar to commit 8b485ce69876 ("tcp: do not inherit
fastopen_req from parent")

Initial report from Pray3r, completed by Andrey one.
Thanks a lot to them !
