Add following function-graph tracer related options
 - fgraph-filters : string array of filter
 - fgraph-notraces : string array of notrace-filter
 - fgraph-max-depth : u32 value of max depth

Note that these properties are available on ftrace root node
only, because these filters are globally applied.
