Add support for NVIDIA Tegra general purpose DMA driver for
Tegra186 and Tegra194 platform.

Changes in patch v14:
  * Fixes for warnings in dtbs_check, dt_binding_check etc.
  * Removed .owner and deprecated one element array
  * Update in no of channels and channel base as per hw
