Subject: Request to back port "net: phy: Keep reporting transceiver type" to stable-4.9
Date: Wed, 22 Jan 2020 16:37:45 -0800	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <163b5dc9-1b09-cc29-6dfb-f40bafee8270@gmail.com> (raw)

Hi Sascha, Greg,

Commit ceb628134a75564d7bfa8e4ef902e6e588339e11 ("net: phy: Keep
reporting transceiver type") should be back ported to the 4.9 stable
tree, you should be able to cherry-pick without conflicts. That commit
is already in 4.14 and newer.

Thank you!
