This patch disagrees violently with the post-2.6.20-rc1-mm1
introduce-time_data-a-new-structure-to-hold-jiffies-xtime-xtime_lock-wall_to_monotonic-calc_load_count-and-avenrun.patch,
which I dropped to make way for this (sorry).
