The patch titled
     drivers/block/DAC960: convert 'boolean' to 'bool'
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-block-dac960-converted-boolean-to-bool.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
