The patch titled
     fix gregkh-usb-usbcore-remove-unused-bandwith-related-code
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fix-gregkh-usb-usbcore-remove-unused-bandwith-related-code.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
