I am currently working on a PXA270 custom board,
I derived this customization from my previous u-boot-1.1.4-mainstone patch.

I'd like to get LCD and LOGO support feature when will be available,

Hi Lars,
I am still waiting to an answer from Rodolfo, however seems that
the patch submitted by himself on 12/07/2006 10.18
had been rejected by Wolfgang because was broken.
I suggest you to dig in the 'tools' directory and into file 
tools/Makefile to try to add this feature.
