- r-o-bind-mounts-gfs-check-nlink-count.patch removed from -mm tree

     r/o bind mounts: [PATCH] gfs: check nlink count
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     r-o-bind-mounts-gfs-check-nlink-count.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
