The patch titled
     clocksource: fixup is_continous changes in vmitime.c
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     clocksource-replace-is_continuous-by-a-flag-field-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into clocksource-replace-is_continuous-by-a-flag-field.patch
