The patch titled
     mm: remove destroy_dirty_buffers from invalidate_bdev()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-destroy_dirty_buffers-from-invalidate_bdev.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Remove the destroy_dirty_buffers argument from invalidate_bdev(), it hasn't
been used in 6 years (so akpm says).
