The patch titled
     Add virt_to_head_page and consolidate code in slab and slub
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slub-add-virt_to_head_page-and-consolidate-code-in-slab-and-slub.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
