The patch titled
     cgroups-forbid-noprefix-if-mounting-more-than-just-cpuset-subsystem-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cgroups-forbid-noprefix-if-mounting-more-than-just-cpuset-subsystem-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into cgroups-forbid-noprefix-if-mounting-more-than-just-cpuset-subsystem.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
