Thanks. I called ./peek 0x400700 when X hangs another time, its output was:
00400700: 001e0001
Just in case if it helps somehow:
- when X hangs, mouse cursor still running
- since update to 2.6.32.9, it appears X hangs more often than before, and
usually system can not be restored by killing X (X restarts, but screen remains
the same as in moment when hang occurs)
