While building crosstool-ng-1.11.3 with uClibc-0.9.31, 
The error comes out as below:

It works this time.
But the following build of busybox is failed.
The error messages are as follows:

You need to ensure that UCLIBC_SUSV3_LEGACY=y is set in your uclibc
configuration, otherwise uClibc isn't built with usleep support.
