I booted with the device on. In .39 this results in a working mouse in X. With 3.0 the mouse did not work. Without doing any other commands I powered it off and on. This oops resulted. There may be aonther bug. The oops also included a new message: magicmouse 0005:05AC:030D.0004: unable to request touch data (2) this also is new with 3.0 and does not happen with .39.6 could it be related to 23746a66d7d9e73402c68ef00d708796b97ebd72 ?
