Hi,
workaround_bios_bug  and workaround_bogus_bios only works for vtd not amd.
You should have IVRS table build by BIOS to enable amd iommu. It could look 
like this:
(XEN) ACPI: IVRS AFE7C1ED, 00C8 (r1  AMD     RD890S  6040000 AMD         0)
