I tested it with openSuSE 11.4 and the kernel-xen shipped with it and a
sles11sp2 guest. paging works in that combination, I did a fresh
installation in the guest and went half way through it. The cfg is
below, in case it matters.

Its possible that a pvops kernel in host or guest triggers some issues.
