All super-standard setup no funny stuff Reply-To: Bug 1386197 <1386197@bugs.launchpad.net> List-Id: List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , To: qemu-devel@nongnu.org So installed qemu-git 2.2.r35796.gff0d487-1 from AUR shows up as QEMU emulator version 2.1.50, Copyright (c) 2003-2008 Fabrice Bellard no host system reboot but still exact same ... no wait! Now I see this: I can press all the printable character keys except 0-9 A-Z :space: and KP_keys so basically just -=3D[]\;',./` . Cheated myself into grub edit mode with sendkey now I test it and yes it is like that no shift no ESC no insert, delete, etc just those keys. What is this?! I am not sure but I think the bug was always like this I just didn't bother about the -=3D[]\;',./` keys. ** Description changed: QEMU emulator version 2.1.2, Copyright (c) 2003-2008 Fabrice Bellard Linux HOST 3.16.3-1-ck #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Sep 21 11:27:46 CEST 2014 x86_6= 4 GNU/Linux = qemu-system-x86_64 -daemonize -enable-kvm -cpu host -smp 4,maxcpus=3D4,sockets=3D1,cores=3D2,threads=3D1 -m 4096 -monitor telnet:127.0.0.1:4446,server,nowait -vga qxl -spice port=3D5556,ipv4,addr=3D127.0.0.1,disable-ticketing -soundhw all -net tap,script=3Dno,ifname=3Dvm6,vlan=3D0,vnet_hdr=3Don -net nic,macaddr=3D52:54:00:2A:F1:16,vlan=3D0,model=3Dvirtio -drive file=3D/mn= t/2/VM /vm-centos.qcow2,cache=3Dwriteback,index=3D0,media=3Ddisk,if=3Dvirtio,aio= =3Dnative -boot c -vnc :6 = - = - I already had this with ubanto VM so I installed a centos one but then I = type HDD password in VNC suddenly keyboard stops working forever.
