Yap, thanks.

I'd need to do some macro dancing for the final fix so that we don't
break xen. We'll see...

Btw, you could make CONFIG_EDAC_DECODE_MCE builtin, i.e., =y and boot
with "ras=cec_disable" to see if those MCEs get decoded properly...
