Hi,

This is v2 of the series. Changes compared to v1:

Dropped (Jyri will work on them):
 - drm/omap: Implement CTM property for CRTC using OVL managers CPR matrix
 - drm/omap: Enable COLOR_ENCODING and COLOR_RANGE properties for planes

Added:
 - drm/omap: avoid copy in mgr_fld_read/write
 - drm/omap: hdmi4: fix use of uninitialized var

Fixed the issues pointed out by Laurent.
