From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Simon Glass Date: Fri, 6 Dec 2019 21:42:29 -0700 Subject: [PATCH v6 056/102] x86: Add an option to control the position of U-Boot In-Reply-To: <20191207044315.51770-1-sjg@chromium.org> References: <20191207044315.51770-1-sjg@chromium.org> Message-ID: <20191206213936.v6.56.I453a662d790c8ee5e3ec1a27c8e29feb84d03087@changeid> List-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: u-boot@lists.denx.de The existing work-around for positioning U-Boot in the ROM when it actually runs from RAM still exists and there is not obvious way to change this. Add a proper Kconfig option to handle this case. This also adds a new bool property to indicate whether CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE exists.
