The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-switch-the-test_vmalloc-module-to-use-__vmalloc_node-fix-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-switch-the-test_vmalloc-module-to-use-__vmalloc_node.patch
